At Matthews Maple Syrup
For the 2026 maple syrup season we will have tours of our operation and taffy on ice. Visitors are also welcome to walk the forest. Weather permitting, we also offer wagon rides in the sugar bush on weekends and throughout March Break.

North Bay Farmers Markets
Matthews Maple Syrup has a booth at the Saturday North Bay Farmers Market throughout the year.
The Saturday Outdoor Market
market runs from Victoria Day to Thanksgiving weekend. The Saturday Market is on Oak Street behind the bus terminal from 9:00am to 1:30pm
The Saturday Winter Market
We are an occasional vendor at the winter market, which runs from November to the end of April.
The winter market location is at 222 McIntyre St W (Kennedy building). The Winter market is open on Saturdays, from 9:30am-1:30pm
We will not be attending the winter market during syrup production.
Powassan Maple Syrup Festival

The Powassan Maple Syrup Festival will be held in downtown Powassan Saturday April 26th, 2025
We will have a booth downtown.
Tours of our operation will be available at our farm at 239 Ski Hill Road. Free bus rides to/from downtown Powassan will be available throughout the day.
